    Ok, I am going to save you all a ton of headache and aggravation. Here is how I carry a spare tire in my G5 ACR-extreme so it clears the front rotors. Find a G2 spare rim & tire, I believe the Durango used the same 6 lug rim too. If you have an ACR you will need the IPSCO spare tire spacer (Ask Mark @ IPSCO I don't think the regular Vipers even need the spacer). When I go on a road trip or anywhere far from home and my full size spares. I throw this donut tire/rim, a small jack, & the breaker bar/socket I need. Might even save a buddy one day, these things fit all generation Vipers. Honestly every regional club should just invest in one and should be in someone's car for the journeys. It all fits nicely in the hatch with some room to spare. The best part is the tire can be used for the front or back, so one spare is all you need. Here is the FUN part!!!! Be ready for the interesting ride when one of your tires is now 90% narrower than the other 3, but hey at least your are up and limping home in under 10 minutes.

    So once the (let’s assume rear) tire is off of the car does it fit in the hatch??

    This thread has scared me enough to at minimum put a plug kit and mini compressor in the car. Might look into this donut thing as well.

    Hey guys, I'm not very good at posting pics to the forums. I knew this would come up & B. Savage would throw his one good looking eyeball at me for this sin but its just how it is. However, If you follow the DriveViper Instagram page, I recently posted the pic of my trunk with the donut/IPSCO spacer/jack in it. It is the second photo on the post with the measuring tape of the ACR-E wing. As far as what to do with the deflated tire, neither the front nor the rear will fit with the hatch closed all the way. But they will fit in the passenger seat. If you have a passenger, may be time for them to get some exercise, lol, hope it isn't your best lady. I know I'm not leaving my Viper rim behind. You can always drive with the hatch partially open, I've done it, nobody died. Depending on circumstances, call an uber and put your flat tire in their car. Its called Uber Connect, it can be quite convenient for little mishaps like this.

    We have tow hooks front and rear for 5th gen viper. Our customers use tow hooks for pulling into trailer or unfortunately getting pulled onto flat bed tow or out of gravel traps. Our tow hooks front and rear are perfect tie down points during transport and are designed to keep the straps from coming in contact with the body. Our rear tow hook is also hidden. It flips up to keep out of air stream and flips down so you can use it. Simple, light and extremely strong. Our tow hooks are best safest way to tie your 5th gen viper down for transport of any type.

    I've never needed one on my Gen. V but now I do on my Gen. II & my buddy told me that one of our local tow truck companies & they could tow it on a Roll Back, has anyone ever heard or used one of them? Thanks
