I tried to buy 2 different ones this week and it seems BOTH fell through!!!! one was sold and never removed from the site and the other the owner decided to keep it after it was on consignment at a dealership
for a few months oddly

Anyone know where I can search for one? I tried all the typical places, Auto trader, Cars, Car Guru's, Car fax, Viper exchange and so on.

I have my heart set on one of 3 color schemes...

I used Autotempest.com.

It scrubs cars from all the major car sales sites as well as Craigslist.

I actually ended up finding mine on Craigslist in Central California.

Good luck with your search - I love my 2010 ACR. There were only ~650 Gen IV Viper ACR's made, so it is hard to find a specific color, mileage, style, etc. If you do see one come up that fits your criteria, I'd suggest jumping on it quickly, otherwise you may be waiting a very long time to find one again.
