Hi Everyone- I am new to the forum, picked up my dream car in Feb (14 GTS 1300 miles). I followed the Forum extensively for about a year researching & finally found the Viper that fit. Thank you for all the incredible info/knowledge.
This car was a Texas car so it had some paint fading/swirl marks/slight paint correction needed. I had someone local do a full paint correction (8+ hours) and ceramic coating (duraslic's nanocoating) to protect the best possible. I was 50/50 on doing it but it turned out great.
I'm in love with the Viper, couldn't be happier. I can't wait to get out and meet other Viper enthusiasts, currently here in Colorado (northern). And yes, I have done my research on the "oil consumption" and "check your oil" stuff. The car has the 10 year warranty that we all know will be a disaster to exercise, even with recorded oil changes and zero modifications. I am prepared and don't care much about worrying, going to enjoy the hell out of it and if it pops... maybe Nth moto will have a new customer.

Thanks all I appreciate it, black cars are the worst for sure. I live out near farmland so dirt & dust is brutal.
It is still in the cure period so I will keep you posted, so far so good!
