That guy would be me.

Mine is brand spanking new with no VIN programmed so it’s the same exact module you’d get from Woodhouse for $350+ more.

You would need to take it to the dealer to have them program the VIN, mileage and do the ETC relearn. Costs $100-$150 but I believe that has to be done even if you buy it from Prefix since they all require an ETC relearn at the dealer, as per Dale at Prefix.
