Has anyone sought out any of the non Mopar extended warranties in the market? I keep getting offers in the mail, and I wonder if they are worth the paper they are written on.

If they are anything like home warranties, I'd pass. You'd just have to read the fine print, like where they'll allow the work to be done, what replacement parts will they allow, etc.
Honestly very few companies even do one, and the ones I have seen over the years are questionable. We have a small group here and we hear one concern and often it is like 4th grade where the info goes all around the room getting worse after each comment is shared. We have seen good coverage over the years from the Chrysler contracts and often if there is a concern it is because the Dealer put the claim in incorrectly or without enough information, or of late due to the car being modded.
Good luck but I would definitely stay away from non Manufacturer policies for the Viper. Don't get me wrong there are some quality companies out there, but surprisingly many are higher or do put the Viper in the same category as high end exotics or high performance machines. These companies elect not to cover and the ones you receive in the mail, honestly should be viewed usually with extreme due diligence.

My car has one. I am more than happy to dig it out and scan/email it to you to take a look at
I wonder of those policies require you to change your oil every 6 mos regardless of mileage...like FCA.
