Thanks, I got a race shop I use at MIA. I’ll be calling you for parts soon
There's no prefab cages for our cars. That TKO one above looks really nice they build some badass cars...
We are going to offer a full bolt in cage that is very similar to the one your see in the pics same material, similar lay out 6 point, roof x brace, door bars, main hoop x brace. It will be the best option for viper owners who want to keep their interior and still goto the track with much better margin of safety. Some more experienced customers will be able to do our bolt in cage install in their garage.. No ETA on release date until the dust settles from virus problem.
Unreal -----folks, if you are going to put a cage in the news that TKO will be selling a bolt in one is beyond fantastic. I can not tell you how many High School welding jobs we have seen in Viper race cars over the years and I know quite a few folks who had to have theirs redone numerous times.
Hubbell, save yourself the trouble and just get ahold of Dave Traitel --- damn too many rhymes even for me,ha.
I'm a firm believer in safety and if you think you need a cage then go all in and get a real cage. Besides the safety aspect of it you gain some chassis stiffness also. I had mine done in Lakeland and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work.

My coach doesn’t want me on track in a car w no cage. I really prefer weld in. TKO would sell me a prefab I can have welded in @ MIA ?
This is a nice cage. It is a GT2 car that sold in Washington State not long ago - I think it was Scotty White's. Not sure who designed/built the cage.

This quality of work is what you want to see, I am very happy with the cage he built for my 06.
sickkk weld ... guy is talented almost robotic
How does the roof come off ?
The roof is just bolted on, comes off easily along with every body panel.
Yea we weren't successful in getting front glass out without cracking it, but they aren't overly expensive. TKO those CF door panels r a wish list item for me. Shame they wont fit my 06.
