The finish on my cigarette lighter socket started peeling. Anybody know of a way to get a replacement or happen to have one? The interior is perfect apart from that, so it irritates me...

That finish is irritating to say the least...mine is doing it in different spots on the dash, and it is likely only going to get worse with time. I've not found anyone that can truly replicate it, and I'm not sure you'd even want to since it isn't all that durable to begin with.
As far as replacements go, I'm guessing that you will have to buy that entire part of the center console, if you can even find one. A quick look around the internet looks like there are some available, but they aren't including that part for some reason. You can always try calling Jon B at Parts Rack, and maybe look around at some of the folks that buy wrecked Vipers (Scharf comes to mind) and see if they might be able to help.
The other option is to take it apart, strip off that coating, sand, prime, and paint it, but then it won't match the rest of your interior. SEM makes some nice paints specifically for automotive interiors, but again, nothing that would truly match both the color and texture of the OEM finish.
Some parts for these cars are getting a bit hard to source, which is disappointing to say the least. All part of owning a rare vehicle I suppose.
Yeah, I looked at all the parts places I could find and nobody even had a part number. The center console is separate, or I would consider the whole thing. I may try to peel the rest off and see if I can get the finish close. It can't look much worse... Thanks.
