I like it. The upgraded leather may not be as grippy, but many ACR’s seem to have been ordered with it. Must have been an impressive sticker price on that car, might have to look it up for fun.

It’s not awful. Looks like an acquired taste. Better than this

I just looked at the pix again.. i love that interior. I think this combo is fantastic. Especially with the full int and ext carbon package. But the rotors texture and rubber pickup on the bumper, trailing edges of the wheel wells, and rear diffuser blades Sure make it look like those 2300mi were track miles.
Untracked is unloved
Not tracking your sportscar is like not shagging your girlfriend to save her for the next guy
Nice color combo, unique, then again a Viper is a unique car ,at the end of the day if you like it buy it and enjoy it , it is the baddest car on the street and king of the race track .
I agree, I’m a TRACK IT OR WHY HAVE IT kinda guy. But if a car is tracked, it should be disclosed IMO. A guy on another viper forum was interested and he said VE essentially told him it was babied and garage queen. Then pics were posted of it tracking, helmet, gloves, vinyl, lol, I mean why bother lying, tracking a viper is like driving most cars on the highway. But I do think most buyers want to know if it’s been tracked so you know what wear tear you might need to plan for and factors into the price negotiation, especially a matte finish car, then PPF becomes super important in terms of tracking & really checking it out in person. That’s all.
Maybe work with a GTS owner with black interior and mix/match a few panels to break up the red a little.
For me I'd swap out the wheel and shifter(and boot) seats and center console (maybe knee bolsters too???). That should break up the red enough....but not too much. I like the red but that's a bit much.
Folks that wanted a bit more broken up interior went with the standard red GTS interior and bingo that was what you got. The interior , in person, is pretty stunning , imho, and a has a bit more maroon tinted red than the photo shows. The full tan, full black, and full red were indicative of the top of the line Laguna seats and as mentioned SRT wanted to mirror the European look of Jaguar, Ferrari, Porsche, Lambo, Maserati, etc.
I think they succeeded, but I am biased as I and a few others pushed Dodge and SRT to do this interior in red. The reason why was super simple , consumers were requesting them and a reasonable number of them came from the Porsche , Ferrari, etc. mold. I know John Gastman ( Roanoke ) and I ( Woodhouse) ordered quite a few and many were in regular GTS or GTCs. It carried over to the GTCs with the ACR or ACR-E upgrades and most seem to be in color combos like silver, white, gray , black, etc.
I do know the custom graphite metallic ACR-E we did probably garnered as much interest as any Viper we got all year by Salesman comments. Salesman at Woodhouse are pretty jaundiced as seeing Vipers was so routine a car had to be special for them to even notice the machine. So , the key is , though many may not like this interior, there are likely just as many who do. It was a later accepted interior , so there are not as many out there as the Sepia or Black, but what is so cool to me is how fantastic SRT/Dodge was the last 3 years especially, making more and more options available for customers to really design a very personal Viper. After so many years of three to five colors , and no real choices other than maybe just a couple of interiors , the final years were a joy and I was consumed trying to help Buyers build super unique and special Vipers. I probably spent way too much time with each client to help them , and yes , guide them, so their Gen V Viper was special. SRT/Dodge made changes even up to the last minute and there are cars out there that have interiors that supposedly were never available , colors that were deemed limited to a specific model, etc. It was a very fun last few years and folks will be constantly surprised about some machines and , though some of us will not like the total build , I am just so grateful to the folks who opened up their minds and rules to help Viperholics build some crazy cars in 2015,2016, and 2017.
Yeh, another rambling post , but I like this car for reasons not just because of the red interior, but because without the folks working 15-16 hours a day at FCA the final years felt the passion and said yes to so many things ----- this car is just an example as it probably should never have existed.
Yeah, I'm going to have to say that probably looks awesome in the real. Silver'ish cars with red interiors look amazing in person, and my guess is that this does too. With the red driver's stripe tying it all together, I would love to see it up close.
Always love to see the 1-of-1's where owners took full advantage of all of the customization options and were able to design something awesome. Very cool.

Would have to agree that a tracked car should always be disclosed , because the new owner will find out in the end.
Hopefully, it was clear bra'd in the right areas if tracked, because though the Carbon is not really that hard to keep clean and protect the finish, repainting one is not a pleasant task!
agree.. you can see what might be some of the rubber pickup scuffs in the pix
I think the carbon cars are gorgeous. A carbon ACR Extreme... even better.
I'd drive it!
I love that interior.
That interior is pretty incredible!
I would own that interior no issue. My wife's sl55 AMG had an all red interior in it against a silver car and it looked great. Much better then you would expect
Shame on me but I like the interior and don't care for the exterior color at all.
Having looked at this thread again, it reminded me of one of my current cars that I own and forgot about it! Here it is: a very low miles original 1981 Lotus Esprit Turbo-made and owned by non other than the founder of Lotus himself, Colin Chapman. Now this is pretty RED guys. A bit like the scene from of a gruesome murder. Gotta love the roof mounted radio cassette player! !

I have come to really love the demonic red color. That one has a little much for my preference, but I can see why people would really like it. It's a great red and would have loved to see that color seating at least in more Vipers
That car is an incredibly beautiful car. It looks just like a race car. As for the interior, it's not bad at all. Too each their own but a better red that matches the stripe better and maybe not so much red might have been a better choice to me but then again that's just me.
If I had the cash, it would be in my garage!
