    Thoughts on this interior

I've been watching this car for a long time, was getting serious about buying it recently. Never looked at the pics of the interior (I thought all ACR's had the same black suede).
This interior seems like a deal breaker for me, I do not like it at all. It's shame, how many carbon ACR's can there be? 3? 4?
    Thoughts? https://www.ebay.com/itm/2016-Dodge-...e/303567145948

I love that car.....all but the interior, IMHO it's just too many shades of red. On another car the interior I think would be fine.

Yeah, like a black car or a white car. This poor guy that built that, it probably sounded really good on paper, then he went to pick it up and saw that. Yikes.

Yea, not a fan of the interior. Actually the exterior is also kind of like "ho hum". Too common a color combo.

I like carbon too, although maybe not taking care of it. I almost was serious enough to call about this one, but, the interior I think is just too much for me, if it was broken up with regular ACR alcantara or black or something, but every single thing is red ... I’ve seen some BMWs with interiors like that in person and I really didn’t like it.

If you buy it make sure you check the paint carefully matte paint is not the easiest to take care of and in some of the pics it looks like there are scratches down low on this particular car

I think its a sweet looking ACR-E. Maybe its sticking out because its not a common combo?

Buy the car for what you think who cares what other opinions are. Take it to Venzano's (Tony) and get the interior you want if it does not suit you. The dash and headliner need some work. The
Laguna seats and other red accents would look good longer term IMO. Again, who cares about my opinion.

Does not scream "this is a hot sh*t beast" like the exterior does.

One of our customers did one very similar to this in a color close to Graphite Metallic ( though not the same). We did dual red stripes and the luxury full leather interior. We got a ton of positive comments and the red actually ( in my opinion ) is a bit darker than it appears in the picture. The Carbon does take more care , but those that purchased them found it was not as scary as many warned them against.

It is like so many of the custom ACRs, some folks like different touches and others do not. I was skeptical about the customer's choice, but when it came in I found I really liked it. But, at this price one needs to love what they live with , and what you will see every time you drive is .................the interior, ha.

Check your VOA Club and see if anyone has the full Laguna Red interior and see it in person if you are still contemplating the car?

It might be okay if it were just the seats but the dash is overkill and garish.

    Hard pass for me

I love that car, and I think the interior color is cool, but personally would prefer the standard ACR interior.

Red interiors always look better in person. That being said I prefer a black/red combo over all red.

I think the thing that kills it for me is the red steering wheel, shifter gaiter and handbrake. If those were black it would have been much more acceptable.

The exterior is stunning... carbon with that single offset stripe. The car looks stellar in the pictures and would look even better in person. I've found that certain interior colours HAVE to be seen in person; they're just not accurately rendered on a computer screen. It might look much, much better in real life, especially with that red stripe. Bill's idea of seeing a Demonic red interior in person is great -far better than looking at photos- but in my opinion, the only surefire way to know is to see the actual car. Only then will you know how the colours -both the carbon and the red stripe, and the demonic red interior- mesh with one another. You might really like it!

If a black steering wheel and shifter would make it palatable, those are, of course, easy swaps. BTW I pm'd you.

I could rock that interior...but I prefer the half red interiors. I like the red seats door panels and console, but leave the wheel and dash black.
