Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
I blew up the #10 piston and damaged the head last fall. I believe it was caused by bad gas, detonation, and weak pistons. Replaced all the pistons with Gen 5 pistons and replaced the head. All was good and recently - I'm getting a slight hesitation/stumble/misfire and thought I'd get your thoughts. Specifics - 2009, Mopar PCM, Headers, single cat, exhaust. New plug wires - Moroso Ultra 40. About 46k miles.
It was running great and I've put on about 1500 miles since replacing the pistons and the head. No odd sounds or smells. Not throwing any error codes. If you hold steady at say 3k rpm's you can sometimes feel a miss and if you hit the go pedal - it hesitates? I've attached pics of the plugs and they look pretty good? Regapped at .050 as one seemed a bit off?
I was thinking maybe an issue with a fuel injector - although that doesn't seem to be a common problem with the Viper. Is there a way to diagnose/test them? Can you flow check them - or is there a place you'd recommend as it just has that "feel" like it's fuel related.
Any other thoughts?
