2004 Viper

So last October my motor ate itself. Injectors washed out bank0 and compression dropped to 110 psi.

Bought a new fully built motor from JTSVP

Get it in

Its doing the same thing the old motor was doing and flooding bank0, only this time, now its not charging the the battery.

Its got a BRAND NEW PCM we just replaced.

Issue does not follow the injectors.

All injectors have the same resistance

3 different alt's and 1 brand new one, none charged

Relay was energized

Replaced Battery temp sensor

Any ideas?
