M10 x 1 x 30
Thank you!!! Working on doing a 4l80e
If you are changing flywheels the bolt length could change due to clearance at the block/crank flange.
Yea it

Scott you have a contact by chance? Wouldn
Anyone know why I can only see a few text words in my posts??
If you're posting from another text editor, many punctuation marks will stop the text string, most notably an apostrophe.
I suggest that if you're pasting from another source, go and replace all the apostrophes with ones from the native editor. If you're doing this from mobile, I have no advice. I can't find the VOA app anymore so I do all my forumsing from a PC.
Is that the adapter plate made by reactor?

Mike ar HGM set me up with this compushift controller and 80e harness, I can actually tune it with my IPhone through an App and look at trans temp and etc, super neat! I’m a calibrator by trade, and have used PCS in the past. I think I’m really going to like this system, setting it up with some Hellcat SRT paddle shifters as well
The one Coan sells used to be from Reactor, they may have changed since then.
I didnt know ATI made an adapter plate, they didnt mention that when we were doing the auto conversions.
It looked like ATI part number in the photo but wasnt quite clear enough to read.
Good luck, it should work out well!
Have some loose ends to to before I can start on this project, but just slowly collecting parts.
You are correct 100% coan still sells a kit for the gen 2 and gen 3. They were unclear if it would work with the gen 5? But seems like only the sizing of the holes are different, going from 7/16 to 10mm like you mentioned. After talking with Olen (Reactor) I told him I would send my stock flywheel In so he can model it.
Summit racing actually has a pic of you pull it up! That’s when I knew it would work based off the picture
Wanted to update this thread. I’ll snag some pics of what I currently have too.
But I decided against the 4l80e trans for a couple reasons. Gearing is one and trans tunnel modification is the other. The 4l80e is roughly 14.5 inches wide and with the viper tunnel roughly 12.5-13 inches wide you would have to cut the frame rails and “notch” them. Knew this going in, but couldn’t bring myself to cut on this car. You have to do this with th400 cars and PoWerglides as well FYI.
G5 vipers 3.55 rear gear and first gear of the 4l80e being a 2.48 that’s a 8.80 first gear.
Factory Tr6060 in our cars first gear is 2.26 so a 8.02 first gear.
So was back to drawing board on options and of course trans control since that’s a vital part. I progran GM vehicles daily so naturally stick to what I know. The 8 speed and 10 speeds are attractive transmissions but with their steep gear ratios the 3.55 gear would be too much IMO.
Enter the 6l90e with a 4.02 first gear matched with our 3.55 is a 14.27 first gear (right there with the c8 z06 on gearing), plus this Transmission is only 11.5 inches across which would fit in the viper tunnel like it was meant from the factory.
I currently have the trans (being done with some sonnax upgrades) custom ATI flexplate, ATI bellhousing adapter, TCM 2650 to control the trans and shifter which can do upshift a and downshifts from a push of a button. Going to run a truecool 40k trans cooler in the viper grill with Teflon 6an lines.
The output shaft on this 90e is 36 spline so I’ll either swap the yoke on the factory driveshaft (should be same length) or I’ll just have a driveshaft made.
