No. I’m still under warranty and Viper Exchange said much more likely to get an engine claim denied if I run headers with Arrow PCM. I have both sitting in the garage. Makes no sense to me. Of the 4 cars I know of 2 were running headers.

I think you should bring every part you can think of and then some. That way if I need something at Hastings I'll know where to go.
Only if you care about running in closed loop. They are narrow band O2 sensors, so they only work at stoich.
I'm sure they also found that running a cam with large amounts of overlap along with O2 sensors farther downstream than you'd really want them for proper operation sent them this direction. Cars ran open loop for decades, but it was before people cared about things like emissions and gas mileage.
