Question Gen 3 Swede seats need help

My suede seats could use a little TLC
Any ideas on how to fix them up?

I've seen some go to an upholstery shop and replace them with Red inserts on both seats , not to expensive and looks really good !!!

I used Black "Suede Dye" spray and the suede looks almost like new again. You can find them on eBay. If you decide to go that route and use spray, make sure you cover all other surrounding areas well to protect them from any over spray.

If there is pilling use a bit of sandpaper to remove. I found that a few years ago and was shocked at how well that worked.
