Delrin bushings for the stabilizer bars to replace the factory rubber bushing and bracket. Delrin is very low friction and will not flex, squeak, or deteriorate over time More consistent handling feedback on/off track can be expected. Sizes will be available for all viper stabilizer bars.
Lighter than stock with a shape that matches OEM to avoid any clearance issues with aftermarket parts.

Control Arm Bushings
2003-2017 Dodge Viper Delrin Control Arm Bushings
The OEM control arm bushings are rubber which deteriorate as they age. The softer bushing can cause variance in handling response on track even when new. In addition, rubber bushings are not free rotating and therefore have a preload when installed. Replacing the rubber with Delrin allows for consistent, smooth, low friction movement without deflection or deterioration over time. The result is improved cornering and braking consistency on track equating to more reliable handing response.
The assembly is manufactured from cadmium plated steel and Delrin inserts. The inserts have insulating sleeves to avoid any potential galvanic corrosion between the bolt and bushing.

The OEM lower rear shock mount bushing is rubber which deteriorates over time and provides inconsistent response. Replacing the rubber with Delrin allows for consistent, smooth response without deflection or deterioration. The result is improved cornering consistency on track equating to more reliable handing response. The OEM rear lower shock mount is the only shock bushing on the Gen V ACR that remains rubber.
The brackets are manufactured from type III hard anodized aluminum with Delrin and cadmium plated steel bushings. A set of 2 bushings are ~0.54 lbs of unsprung weight lighter than the OEM bushings.
