Black Mamba Build Thread

Hey Guys,

Been a member for a little while, thought it was time to share a little bit more about my build.

Vehicle Specs
2015 Dodge Viper TA 1.0 - #12
Venom Black
Vin - 1C3ADEAZ0FV510402

To our knowledge, this is the only TA 1.0 built in 2015. Again this information is based on the TA thread (https://driveviper.com/forums/thread...-Thread/page55). There might be additional 2015 TA 1.0's that we might just not know of yet.

When I took delivery back in 2019 the car needed a good amount of service. To my belief, I think the car sat outside for a couple years.

We replaced/serviced
- All Fluid Flush (Oil, trans & Diff)
- Rotors & Pads
- Tires (Tires we're still the original tires)
- Both window regulators we're on their way out
- Paint correction

There might have been other items but can't recall at this time.

Since then we've done some additional modifcations

Mod List
- BC Coilovers with Swift upgraded springs
- American Racing Headers (No Cats) and full Exhaust system
- IPSCO light weight crank pully
- Viper Exchange Arrow 1 ECU
- OE 18 speaker upgrade
- Diffuser fins
- DSE - intake heat shield
- 19" Vorsteiner VFN-519 - brushed clear
- Toyo R888R tires
- Xpel tint all around (windshield included)
- Logo switched from orange to silver to match wheels
- Black out side reflectors

Great looking car. I remember seeing this 2015 TA in Michigan when nobody believed TAs were still being built haha Golling Chrysler sold it. Glad it found a good home!

Love it. Cant wait for my coilovers to get here. Also cant believe those are only 19's, I thought for sure they were bigger after seeing it on IG. Really looks great.

Nice work, and great wheel choice! Not the best wheels I've ever seen on a Viper

Those might be the best Viper aftermarket wheels I've seen yet. Looks great on the car and the stance is mean. Kinda has that "I'll punch you in the mouth if you look at me the wrong way" look to it.

Agreed. Best set of aftermarket wheels I've seen on a Gen V yet. I don't like any of the offerings on the market for our cars, which is why I stick with my stock wheels. But these look incredible.

No, the BC coil-overs have to be manually adjusted.

Concave wheels with spokes that go all the way to the edge of the wheel give the illusion of being larger. So, if you like the big wheel look, but don't want to deal with some of the big wheel drawbacks, this style of wheel that the OP chose should be on your list.
