Coolant part number and how much to use

Does anyone know the part number for the five year coolant that the GEN IV's use? Also, how much should I purchase? Thanks for any and all help.

Buy 2 gallons of the undiluted type...then mix with 2 gallons of distilled water...and, yes...you will have some left over.

They also sell Mopar coolant that is already a 50/50 mix...but, I do not know that part number.

Be SURE not to confuse the two !!

I looked for EXACT total volume on the 2009 Service Manual CD...none stated...but, as I recall it is about 3.5-4 gallons...though you may have a little left over as system will retain some coolant...especially if you have not drained block plugs

The necessary volume of the coolant depends on the Generation...and, can be found in your manual.
The with the answer as always. Thanks Steve!!!

Alternative to Mopar Coolant is Zerex G05 (I'm running this in my Gen IV).

    Ditto on the Zerex G-05.

Specified coolant for Gen4 is HOAT (hybrid organic acid technology).

    15 liter capacity.
