    2002 drivers window rocks back and forth but rolls up and down

    anybody have a heads up as to what it is before i tear into it?

    You could have a busted track or broken clip or glass that has come out of the rail. You have to pull the interior panel in either case to fix, so pull the interior panel and see what it is broken.
