    Photoshop Request

    Hello everyone,

I have a quick photoshop request if anyone can help me out. Ive recently had a bunch of parts installed and was set on a color scheme and the body shop was ready to go but I am now debating. My initial thoughts were to paint the hood blue and remove the silver stripes to replace with black stripes. Now with all the carbon fiber on the car I was throwing around the idea of paint the hood, having no stripes, but leaving the hood vents in exposed carbon fiber. Ive tried searching but can find that look anywhere. Can anyone do a quick photoshop of that?

    Thank You

These were pretty quick. I'm not talented enough to get rid of the weave. You'll have to use your imagination for that part. I'm just highlighting selections and playing with the colors. Also, I wasn't sure what you meant by "leaving the hood vents exposed", so I took a stab at it. These images are all half-sized just it doesn't clog up the screen. They were a little low-resolution to begin with.

Truly nice ride! Have been looking at these hoods for a while but debating on whether to get one or not. How was the install and fit? Anything special you had to do? I think it actually looks pretty nice like that

Thank for you attempts Bryan, they are borderline professional haha. Though Id like something a bit better to go off of before spending thousands and changing the looks of the car. The way you blocked of the vents was one way I had considered but also just the 2 vents in between the mess screens was what I was talking about.

Thank You. I previously had a Seibon hood and you can see the issues I had with it in another thread I started. It seems its fiberglass with a layer of carbon fiber on top and cracks formed all over but is repairable. If you interested in it make me an offer and take it off my hands. This hood I got from Steve Prescott with Vipair and its carbon fiber throughout, on the top and bottom. Only issue I had with it is that it cant support its weight when using hood struts, it began bending at the end of the hood hinge. I may weld on an extension on the hinge to support the hood a bit more and still use the hood struts.

You mean the two riser things between the three screens on each side? Like this? Sorry if I'm not getting it.

Paint it all blue, put the same silver stripes on, and just leave the vent grills carbon fiber.

I figured it would be too busy with three different colors on the hood but I’m open to the idea if I saw it. I also need to respect the front and rear bumper so that also why I’m interested in other color schemes as well
