CEL code p0519 idle speed performance 2016 viper

I have a 2016 Viper with stock intake, smooth tubes, headers, high flow cats, corsa exhaust and Arrow cpu. I got the car a little over a month ago, went i steeped into the car running my foot hit the pedal and rev the engine, code p0519(Jan 30th). I cleared the code, took it out last night, hit a patch of water, tires broke loss for a sec and code p0519 again. I cleared it and took it out just now since its nice and just drove normal with no problems. car runs the same and good with it on and not. Anyone ever get this code before???
