Is this fixable

The side sill/hood gap is bigger on one side that’s closer to the door than the other near front tire?
Is that fixable?

yes.. but patience and time will need to be on your side.. the hood has LOTS of adjustments. I've heard it is recommended to remove the headlights to help with the process.. Someone with some direct experience might be able to help more.

Might try the rubber stop at the rear first, it easily adjusts up/down. Next potentially the hood latch.

On an older gen Viper, that would be considered "adding character". Not so much on a Gen 5 - they were built so much better in terms of fit/finish, although they were still hand built, and as such subject to minor things here and there.

As already stated, it might not be easy, but that looks fixable with enough patience.

It looks fixable, but as people have said, it'll take some patience. You'll probably have to adjust both the hood and the side sill. If you look where the hood lip meets the door (right under the mirror) it's only slightly off. So, if you adjust the hood too much, you'll see a weird mis-match where the hood meets the door. The sills can be a pain, but there is a little bit of adjustment in them. You might need to open up some of the screw holes a little bit to get that wiggle room, but it's doable. I had a similar gap when I did the hi flow cats and cat-back on my Gen IV ACR. When I first re-installed the sills, they were a bit off and I had to loosen everything and carefully push it into place to get rid of the gap.

I agree - and if the car is at VE, they know how to work on these things and they should be able to fix that. Does the car have any exhaust work? If so, maybe someone screwed up when they put the sills back.

I love the color (that's my original first choice for an ACR-E), but I ended up shying away because that matte paint is difficult to maintain. One bird shit, and you're hosed. I'm ambivalent on the interior - not a big fan of red interiors.... If I would have built the car, I would have kept it all black, but that's just me.

If that gap bothers you on that particular car, don’t even think twice about buying it. That paint finish is going to cause far more headaches than a small flaw like a gap not being perfect

Looks like the hood is higher than the door near the mirror in the photo. Screw the rubber stopper in a turn or two and see if it helps.

For those complaining about maintaining the finish, coat the car in xpel stealth and call it a day.
