Anybody know this car or dealer

I'm in the search mode for a Gen II coupe and came across this one. https://thecarbar.com/inventory/1997...per-gts-coupe/ The only issues I can see in the pictures are that the wheels seem to be the silver painted version rather than chrome and the fender emblems have been removed. The on line price is $39.9k. I know nothing about this dealer. Anybody know either this car or the dealer? PM me if you'd like.

    Thanks

Steve, I have never purchased from them, but they have an A+ rating from the BBB in Orlando. I have worked and lived on and off in Orlando since Mid 1980 and they have always been there.

17" wheels so tires might be a problem? Contact JonB @ Partsrack for options. Engine bay looks stock including Plug wires.
Interior, looks like an aftermarket Shift Knob? Possibly Gripper Shifter Knob?

The Tire Rack has Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires for 17" rims. As far as I know that's the only tire available. Good eyes on the shift knob...barely visible in the pictures
    Thanks

Missing emblems are usually a tell tale of a repaint. The emblems are pricey, so missing emblems in my mind is a repair done to a price point. My two cents.

    Or to apply PPF.

Certainly a possibility, you never really know. As a buyer I’d be suspect, but that’s me.

Yup, I saw that too. I dont think its due to PPF as there is no mention of that in the description. Anyway, the car sold yesterday.
    On to next.

Jon B for tires. Does the left front corner of the hood to bumper not quite right? Gap is bigger toward the front part then to the rear?

Price says 45k did it go up?

Missing emblems and as DaveG pointed out, the hood fitment around the headlights and the front gap between the bumper and hood is pretty big, more so than what I've seen as "normal"

Actually removed emblems was super common and does not necessarily dictate a repaint. We actually took quite a few off for customers so just noting that this in itself does not dictate a repaint. Always good to do a check ,as the cars are getting older and one should never fail to do an Autocheck or Carfax, and getting more and more important to get inspected. Ask for pictures of the car on a lift , too.
