Paul, I have to agree with ACRSNK...your '65 is a BEAUTY !! I drove a friend's '65 quite a few times in1965...beautiful, fun, and fast. The thing that saved our lives in those days were the hard compound, skinny stock tires which allowed one to lay a long patch of rubber without achieving a whole lot of speed.
Thanks Steve. This Vette was actually my daily driver back in the early 70's in the Boston suburbs. I drove it to Boston College every morning through snow and rain and on Bias Ply tires. It did fine. Drives alot better now on radials and leads a more charmed life after a frame off resto I did in the 90's. Still drive it alot though. It never gets old, even if we do.
