Gen 4 cam shaft specs

Can't seem to find much info anyone have the specs of the stock cam and also the Gen 5 cam specs?

I was just thinking the other day that I don't know anyone that has modified the VVT in the Gen IV cars. I would think that there has to be power there without going to a conventional cam if an aftermarket ECU could be used to govern the valve timing events and cam duration (if that is even adjustable with our setup - I dunno). Anyone aware if this is possible or has been tried?

From my understanding only the exhaust duration is adjustable but finding info is very limited might have to get an extra motor and start digging myself
