Opinion on 02 GTS

[02GTS]

In the market for an 02 GTS and am looking at this one next week.

I wanted to get some folks opinion.
In looking around for the past few months the pricing seems decent, but again I am not as knowledgeable as some on here.

Yeah, I am not opposed to stripes or no stripes.

I know the gray with no stripes is probably not the most sought after color combo, but still looks like a clean car and decently priced.

You might want to see that car color in person before you go too far. I like that color, but many expect it to look like the 2000 Viper color...which it does not.

I would only sell it to move into a Gen 5, otherwise I love everything about it (especially the exhaust note).

IPSCO sway bar polyurethane bushings w/billet aluminum casing (all 4)
IPSCO billet aluminum power steering pulley and bracket (stock plastic ones tend to break over time)
Alcantara seats, shift boot, visors, and handbrake boot
Paint in great condition
Short throw shifter with MGW knob
MGW Sneaky Pete fuel cap
All fluids changed regularly and only use Chevron fuel

Didn't mean to thread jack... The one you're looking at looks clean. It's my favorite color on a Gen 2

Get some darker Vinyl Ghost stripes on it for a Killer Look, wheels can be darkened too, get a Gunmetal effect and the car would look mean.

I beg to disagree with the others. This is a fairly rare color combination and has been generally sought after by many over the last 15 years that I have been here. Under 10k miles is low. They priced the car originally too high at 60k. Don't sleep on it too long. Just my opinion. Someone will get it.

I agree.. that is what drew me too it.

I also agree original pricing was out of whack but seems they came back down to earth.

I am going to go take a look at it this week... I would be hard pressed to imagine it is beat considering the mileage.
