Thanks guys! The car isn't in the best shape, but I'm hoping to get a wash this weekend. I bought it with some go-fast goodies (Paxton SC) so I'm a little scared to open it up just yet. Going to do an oil change and I have the solid steering rack pushing ordered.

Lemme know if you wanna do paint correction, and my buddy can Xpel Clear Bra after. Much cheaper than going to a shop. Enjoy her! Be sure to come to some meets. We are cruising the coast in a few weeks. Get registered on VOA and you'll get access!

As important as oil, check the dates of the tires. Tires older than 5-6 years don't mix well with Vipers, especially with superchargers.

That sounds good to me - I definitely have a LOT of questions about my car, like where do I add the blinker fluid?

Blinker fluid is "lifetime". No need to check, add or adjust. FCA Technology. Came from the 1972 Jeep... a lotta tech in that bad boy still being used today. Also carried over are things like:
Round tires, a manual transmission, and brakes... on all four corners.

    Enjoy!

Still looking forward to a meet on a weekend...anyone in the area organizing? I took the car to the dragstrip last night, best run was a 11.941@124.6. Car has a Paxton Novi 2000.

from this thread alone, there's you in SJ, me in Hayward, and ACR-ish in Vallejo. I'm sure we can get a few more if we post in the facebook group. Theres 2 people in the San Mateo area that I am friends with on social media that I can ask to come out.

I'd be down for Saturday nov 23 if that works for you guys. Otherwise, the weekend after is thanks giving. I can do Dec too if that works better.

Theres also this on Dec 7 that I saw if you guys are interested: https://www.facebook.com/events/520649568782180/

would be cool to get a few Vipers there.

have you guys driven Redwood Road in Castro Valley? Its one of the wider and well paved mountain passes. I LOVE that road, if we do a meet somewhere in the east bay(halfway between Vallejo and SJ basically) we could hit that mountain pass after.
