    Transmission lube

On 2 separate occasions the Tremac transmission booth recommends Penziol synchromesh trans lub for the T56. Any input what is best. Changing 94 and 97 trans oil..

My 98 says to use dexron. There is a sticker right there on the side of the transmission. That's what I used!

ATF+4 works quite well in street driven Viper T-56 and 6060 transmissions. Mopar no longer supplies Dexton III.

I use Syncromesh in both the C5Z06's and the Viper's T56

I switched to it both on the rebuild. C5 had ATF, and not sure what the Viper had before the rebuilds.

The C5 has 40,000 miles on the rebuild with syncromesh with no issues.

LOL, I run it in the S2k's 6 speed as well.

I thought it took gear oil 75w? Or is that for later Gen II cars?
