TA badging

What's the general consensus guys? IMO they should have made the TA badging in black chrome and not decals. I get the idea but I don't think one pound will matter, I'd rather have real logos and not decals. JMO...thoughts?

I like the decals on this car but I wouldn't have had a problem with emblems either as long as they were black.

I just want to be sure we all know that in the Viper universe TA means Tommy Archer.

When I (eventually) get mine in Orange, I plan to have Tommy autograph some component, and mine will become the TOMMY ARCHER EDITION

Very creative Jon! I actually don't like "time attack," it should have been "track assault" or "track attack." Any other ideas?

Should be a black emblem, not a sticker. And I think they used the old TA moniker to get us to relate to the 70s, but didn't like the 'Trans Am' relationship - thus the odd Track Attack. Who knows - heard they were trying to save weight with stickers?!?!?

I cant complain! Its called time attack because its a lap times car. Did u ever hear about time attack racing? The sticker emblems are more for showing off the fact that its lighter than actually saving weight and i like it after seeing it in person!

Good info Jon, but one additional note to the numbers is that there will not quite be that many available in the US. Some of these cars will go to Canada or possibly even a few overseas, so still expect the Black and White cars in the high 20s each, and probably high 70s for the Orange car. Just wanted to make sure our Canadian friends know that Ralph and company are not going to forget those in the White, Frozen North ------by the way congrats to Canada for making Chrysler the number one vehicle make in your Country!!!

I think a great color combo for the TA would be to inverse the secondary colors on each base color car. In other words, make the all orange base TA with black and white accents (it does have black already) so add some white somewhere. the black base TA would have orange and white accents, and finally the obvious, the white one would have orange and black accents. be it the single stripe in black and the orange wheels etc...you guys get the picture. They did something like this with the nurburgring edition in 2010 to commemorate the 2008 1:33 CAR. Correct me if I'm wrong please.

Oh boy went to the dealer today and they have one coming in in two weeks. Price $119 and they have me on speed dial. They also have other colors with big discounts.
