Resale value on some models could certainly be diminished by NOT having the OE parts, at least saved in a box.
But if you have non-functioning old, clogged OE cats installed, that will also diminish the value even more.
And if you have discolored sidesills, appearing baked golden-brownish by OE cats, that will also diminish value.
So: IF you choose to buy aftermarket HF cats, try to pay a bit extra to get Bolt-on, OE-replacement cats that dont require cutting or welding.
The ultimate goal is EZ return to stock.
Plz Email or call for G1 options.

But you guys, in your infinite wisdom re-elected a fricken child to continue running the country into a deficient it will take you 25 years to get back to 4 years prior. As a born and raised Canadian, now a US Citizen, the neighbor to the North is unrecognizable to me. Those Liberals will hunt you down and quadruple your Carbon Tax with no cats.
Seriously, Vipers are meant to run on some back pressure. Despite wanting lower temps, I ended up putting new NOS factory Cats on mine as Colorado adopted California emissions with our Liberal BS Government the pot smoking, no working citizens voted in. Sorry but so tired of these Liberal PC Socialistic governments nowadays. Cats and emissions are something we can not win do that one we bend over and take it.

Living in Alberta, I assure you I never voted for Gropey McBlackface. Alberta and Saskatchewan voted all Conservative but doesn’t matter what we do, the east decides the election as it has since Confederation began. Talk of secession has never been stronger in my province. Many of my fellow Albertans would love to join the US where our ideals more closely align. Others want to remain a sovereign state. Time will tell how this plays out. But the most common theme running through this has been environmentalism and it’s control of our primary resource: oil. Did you know we have the 3rd largest oil reserves in the world here in Alberta? But the federal government would rather keep it in the ground and import it from Saudi Arabia. So ask me how I feel when a hypocritical coastal or Laurentian elite tells me again the evils of big oil while they jet set around the world and heat their multiple vacation properties. Environmentalism has truly become the religion of our age

[QUOTE=SlowPoke McGee;395860]McGee; one of the industries I make a living at is Oil & Gas. Well aware of the reserves in Alberta and now Sask. I grew up about 1 hr outside of Lloydminster. Problem in Canada is despite the nice Canadian bravado, it is pretty corrupt. Irving’s are so tight with Trudeaus over the decades, they will just keep importing into the eastern refineries.
Wexit needs to happen this time around. Got to take it right to the end. Only way those quebecers will get it. Would expect the best would be to join US however anti American agenda on CBC over the years has brainwashed most to not want that direction.
Time will tell. In meantime, put the cats on.
