Lost communication with central gateway limp mode

My 2010 Viper ACR-X keeps going into limp mode at the track . The ETC / lightening bolt warning comes up then goes off after coming in and shutting down . The engine then fires up and revs well with great oil pressure and does not overheat.
The engine warning light is on continuously.
    Current codes :
U0146 Lost Communications with central Gateway
    P0198 oil temp sensor
P0481 Cooling fan #2 Open Circuit
P0482 Cooling Fan #1 Open Circuit
    P0517 Battery sensor circuit high
    P0620 Generator field control circuit
P0627 Fuel Pump control circuit open
    P0801 Reverse gear lockout

The battery is new and tests out OK . The alternator , fuel pump module , radiator cooling fans (1&2) , battery temperature sensor and throttle bodies are NEW.
I have checked all the fuses and relays and cleaned and inspected all the chassis grounds --about 13 locations.
So I think I have a wring harness problem or ECU/PCM or Body Control Module ( BCM)problem??

    Any suggestions ??
    Thanks

I think there's a gateway module under the driver's seat...that didn't get damaged/disconnected, did it? Assuming your ACR-X is the same as the regular cars in that aspect.

Unfortunately there are no modules under the drivers seat .
The nearest module is in the drivers footwell on the left near the clutch --the BCM .I checked connections and they are OK

I changed out the engine wiring harness —problem solved.
