    GTS Driver s Seat Needed

All - before I go down the Tillett seat rabbit hole, I thought I'd see if I can find a replacement on here that someone would like to get rid of. Specifically I'm looking for a black Laguna GTS driver's seat, in at least decent condition.

My current seat sounds like it has a colony of crickets living inside it and it's been driving me nuts for almost a year. The seat has been pulled and the noise can't be isolated to the brackets or hardware underneath. Seems it's "inside" the seat....sigh.

What I won't be doing is paying a couple grand for a new seat from Dodge (if I could even find one). For that price, I'd get a Tillett from Doug Shelby. So does anyone have a seat they've pulled that they could part with? Make me an offer.

My old viper had a siilar problem and it was the fasteners that hold the seat rail to the carbon shell.. there is no part number for those btw as they sell it as part of the shell assembly.. but you can get some custom.

I'd look into a good/custom upholstery shop & have it rebuilt.. probably, better than new after the rebuild! good luck ..

I bet it's the metal coil springs in the cushion. Open it up, spray some silicone lubricant on the connections, and see if that solves your problem.

Just not sure how many upholstery shops would work with carbon fiber and not F it up. I will do some research though...

My car's stored remotely and I don't have access to my tools or a decent garage to work in. Morgan is doing everything he can to find the source of the noise and has had no luck so far. He's pulled the seat and tried all the usual suspects already.
