New Owner Question about pedal adjustment

Hello everyone! This past weekend I fulfilled one of my dreams since I was a little kid and became a Viper owner!

One problem I have encountered is the pedal adjustment knob under the steering wheel seems totally and completely jammed. It will not budge one way or the other and I have tried valiantly. I measure up at a towering 5'5" and I have to tiptoe to fully depress the clutch with the seat all the way forward and I didn't know if this was a common issue among shorter owners?

Here are some pictures of my new car!

Congratulations on your new Viper - you will love this car!
I bought mine about 3 years ago and am still having a blast with it.
I do not have a good answer regarding your question on the Pedal adjustment knob, mine has always worked properly and if I need any work done, I usually take it to a dealer that has a certified Viper tech. So far all that has been required has been annual oil changes - it has been a very reliable car.
    Good luck!

have you been able to inspect all the linkages to make sure nothing is bound up? spray anything on it? WD40, tried greasing it?
