Need 1996 GTS fuse box cover for Cross Country Homecoming

    Long story short:

    fusebox.jpg

    Dimensions are 6.2 x 3 x 1.2 w/small notch taken out of one corner.

To make matters worse, the hood is missing the its part of the inner fender which means all road slop gets throw onto the fusebox/ computer/ etc. (Being in NV, it's a sand and dust issue - not water.)

What part of the inner fender or hood is missing? I may have what you are missing but a pic would be helpful.

Previous owner put a carbon fiber hood on the car but DID NOT include the little flap that completes the inner fender. There is a fabric piece which allows the hood to open, the hood flap wanting to interfere with the inner fender. I believe this piece is bonded onto the stock hood.

Could be! Are they from a Gen II? Were they removed from an OE hood?

Those are factory hood parts. They go here.

They transition through the flap here.

FedEx ground will be about 20 pesos. USPS might be a few million less but their web site is about as functional as a millennial trying to use their cell phone to figure out what app prevents rain.

What did you shut in the hood that broke the box? Don Scharf Auto in WI should have those covers.

I didn't think late Gen 2s had the green doohickey.

When I had my fender liners painted I took them to a local paint shop and asked for 2-componet single stage acrylic enamel. They charged me $135 to do both big pieces and the smaller closure panel that goes behind the headlights. On the good side of that I think I got my money's worth. On the down side I think I added 10 pounds to the car with all the paint.

I do like how the fender liners tie in with what I'm doing to the engine after pulling the Roe. Still a work in progress but not bad looking for an 18 year old car with 65K miles.

Correct, Dave...green cover for ground terminal was Gen I through 96 R/T 10...none on our 97 GTS or later Gen II Vipers.

Why did you pull the Roe Dave?

Cars red so it was fast enough without it :-)

That car is going back to stock.

Back to stock? I'm selling off all the stock OE parts taken off my 96 GTS: exhaust manifold/system, clutch, cam, rotors

EDIT UPDATE: Had to sell all in 5 days. Ended up going for $20 for all to a kid that just got his Viper and lived about 2 hours away. Included (4) 335/30r18's that weren't great
