Belanger Exhaust and Jon B at Viperpartsrack.com

So I know exhaust choices is a sensitive subject but I went with Belanger Super Hi-Flow cats and exhaust after speaking with Jon B. All I can say is that i've had my 2003 for 1.5yrs and the only problem is that I didn't do this 1.49 years ago. The sounds, pops, grumbles and much lower heat in the cabin is awesome. Yes, the is slight drone on acceleration at low RPM but for what you get in exchange, it is all worth it. Another perk is when you are cruising at a constant speed you can carry a conversation without needing a loud speaker. So Jon, thank you for answering all my questions and offering your insight. Much appreciated!

I love my full Belanger setup also. You should now do the SCT Tune. I really like the way it compliments the full exhaust setup. Throttle feels a lot more responsive and exhaust really screams from 3000 rpm and up.

I don't have the full Belanger setup (Cats and exhaust) would a tune make a worth while difference? If yes what tune?

yes, a stock car will benefit from a tune, a car with a full exhaust will most certainly need a tune. An aftermarket intake seems to lean the fuel mixture even more than an exhaust though.

I just spotted this! Thanks much, made my day. The best thing about my career path is hearing that my advice was correct and appreciated, making a Viper owner even happier with their DREAMCAR. So THANKS!

Do you have any sound clips of this set-up? Did you go with the 2.5 of 3 inch?

My apologies I never saw the response asking for sound clips. I have two audio clips (.m4a) one with stock exhaust and one with the high flow and Belanger exhaust. I would love to upload them to this thread but have no idea how. If you want DM and I can email you them. Note audio is the hardest thing to truly appreciate.
