My Corsa mufflers are 3" with adapters down to 2-1/2. I just removed the adapters to make them a 3" system. That adapter can be hard to remove, an air impact tool works best.

Corsa cat-backs for GEN IIs are definitely 3". I'm pretty sure they're 3" for GEN Vs also.

Jon at partsrack can get a belanger high flow cat and 3" catback system that mates up to the stock manifolds. There are threads here about it. Why are you switching back?

JonB does have a complete 3" catback...or 2 1/2" ...Your choice. Are you switching back because of leaks or heat...both?

Why you are going back to stock manifold?

Definitely call JonB - he has everything and the prices and service are great.

My guess is that you are going back because of issues with CA smog. I'm gritting my teeth because I have to leave everything bone stock on my car due to the new inspection rules. I almost had to remove the supercharger from my Jeep Grand Cherokee because the CA smog database didn't properly show all the components of it - but that's a long story and I don't want to hijack the thread more than I already have.

No heat or leak problems. Just looking to pass CA smog & keep similar rwhp/hptune. I might even hollow out the first cat & then add a hi-flow. Just thinking ahead, thanks for everybody's input!..

Get the 3” Belanger high flows that bolt to the manifolds, buy a 3” muffler from your mfg of your choice, small piece of 3” pipe, then the 3” tips from John B. There you go, new 3” custom exhaust.
