I just wanted to share a heads up with the community that need some glass repaired (or Daves' looking to create a stockpile). I recently cracked my windshield while tracking and decided to let Safelite see if they could find a replacement.

After about a week with no success, they contacted Chrysler today and they were informed that a "fresh batch" are being produced and distributed in June. I have dibs on one of those June 13th. If you need one I would start calling now.

How big is your "parts museum"? Do you collect NOS viper parts for future use?

make sure they don't send you at RT glass by mistake, AND make sure its not broken in the box. BEFORE cutting your old glass out..... Ask me how I know...

dealer told me 20-30% of these, show up broken by fedex. safelite cut my old glass out, only to realize the part number sent was for an RT. Which looks identical... Until you try and install it. Its slightly smaller.

we used the VIN# (coupe) and they still send me an RT glass the first time.

the second time??? well, that one showed up cracked down the center.

Hey guys, I didn't get installed yesterday as planned. I had to push my appointment out a few weeks because of some homeowner headaches.
