Halifax NS Wheel Repair Shop Nedded

Hi all. I need help. I Drove down from Toronto to Halifax and I got myself into a little bit of trouble out in the East Coast. I hit a massive road deficiency on the highway in Halifax. I'm loosing air now. I suspect a cracked rim. Is there any facility that can mount, demount balance and fix rims here?

Start looking for a large chain tire shop ASAP
....hopefully, the rim is not cracked or badly bent. Some can straighten minor rim bends. Hopefully, you broke the bead without other damage so that a remount might solve your problem.

You might look at Tire Rack's site to see if there an approved tire shop in your locale.

There have been times when a fellow Viper owner loans a spare wheel with a mounted tire to assist a driver in distress.

On a weekend unlikely, plus it will take a few days once you find a place. Go to ct and buy one of the “slime” kit which fills full of that foam crap, it sucks since it makes a mess for the tire mounter, but what do you do.

If the rim is bent significantly, "slime" like products will likely not work...but, as stated, if no other option, it may be worth a try. I would be suspicious of the integtety of the tire...especially if old.

Does anyone have 20 inch rim I could borrow or buy in Halifax guys? I will leave a deposit if borrowed to get me home. Thanks

You might do better if you specify front or rear wheel.

May be a long shot but I was searching for Vipers on Kijiji and there is someone selling theirs in Halifax. He/she may know a local shop. Good luck

there must not be a lot of owners in Halifax, you are lucky if one of them is on here.

I have a tire but i am in Quebec, not sure if it would be of any help

You may have to ship one there. Or put on the space saver spare and get it home. I can ship a rear rim and tire if you want to cover the cost, but it will be stupid expensive.

Thank you guys, I did call the only guy who I found selling ahis viper, but he had no Spain rims. I got Greg from Alberta shipped me a rim barrel for over night. That had cost me an arm and a leg, but UPS screwed me by delaying it for 2 days on Express Shipment.
