    Experience with LLYOD Northridge Mats

Looking for something durable and won't move around for track day use. Wanted to see if anyone has experience with these mats.

Take your mats out for track day.

I have Lloyd’s mats, they are good but I haven’t tracked the car yet....I had not considered removing them to track the car either.

+1 I wouldn't risk having a mat move around during a track session.

I don't use the factory mats at all. Want something to help protect the original carpet that won't move around on the track, hence the idea of using a heavier material like the rubberized mats.

I have Lloyd's custom mats in my Gen IV & in my Cayenne S. Excellent quality mat easily customized to your vehicle. The track & autocross events I've attended made sure all equipment plus the mats were out of the vehicle during the tech inspection.

This. In fact, it may be a requirement by the track to have them out. Safety issue.

Heed the comments above , as I know most track groups will require you to remove your mats while running at the track ( often part of the Tech process ). I know , if I was your Instructor I would require you to remove them before we went on course.

So, thank all of us , we just saved you a bunch of money you would have spent on mats, ha,ha!
