Does anyone know who owned this Viper Alberta

From what the dealer told me, it is a local Sherwood Park Viper and was bought new at the dealer selling it. It has no active recalls and it has all service records. No warranty repair history. I am wondering if anyone knew who owned it?

I've seen that car in person at the dealer. Nice car. There is a couple scuffs on the carbon. Looks so good in the gts blue.
