Gen V GTCs at Mecum Indy

Gerrywood has an '17 ACR in gulf livery for $349k. Its on autotrader.

Mecum's gavel prices tend to be more realistic than BJ's, but I'm sure these two have ludicrous reserves. That gold is hideous.

Hahaha - that's why they're selling it. I wonder if it has an aftermarket stereo with monster sub-woofers and flashing lights. That, and a fart-box exhaust and spinner wheels and it's definitely a one-of-one.

That Gerry Woods gold car was the last one they sold....out of all the hundreds they bought back in the day. Let's just say it needs a special owner.

Both of those cars are unfortunate color combos. Gold, and ketchup and mustard.

The gold reminds me of early 90s Lexus, or late 80s Honda Accord - in photos at least, which is all I've seen of it. Who knows, maybe it's bedazzling in person?

The gold one is already listed on autotrader for $180k https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-...ckType=listing

Funny, I always thought the Viper would look great in gold and I think it does. He had some gold ACRs that I was interested in.

Yeah, I'm kinda' with George on this one. The gold ACR's were awesome, and the gold GT doesn't look half bad, imo.

But the Ronald McDonald car is another story.

These 2 cars are proof that the 1 of 1 program didn’t always create good looking results

I like the Gold! Gerry Wood had a few of these, I think two had black stripes looked really good and they had this color in Matte as well with black GTS stripes and I thought about buying it but it sold right away.

Well, if they sell for big bucks, that would be a good sign for the overall market. Personally, I'd rather be investing in Vipers now than the stock market. I have a feeling something is going to implode pretty soon - I've got puts on everything.

I’m in for gold as well. Throw some brushed bronze wheels on that thing and it would be a winner.

    I wouldn't buy that thing for 80K.....never-mind 180K lol.....

Lol, I think the Gulf Oil ACRE wins the prize over those two. I get that it is a livery but that doesn't make pastel blue match with tangerine orange stripes.

This just goes to show there IS an ass for every seat! The ACR is hideous and I love yellow vipers! The gold would be much better with GTS stripes but without it just looks ok.

That gold just doesn't do it for me. If you are gonna be that obnoxious with colors then an 18+ K yellow gold is where you should hope to be.

I thought the last one they sold was the white/black stripe car they put on EBay at the end.
