Did anyone order or spoke to them recently, been trying to get hold of anyone there, no email responses nor phone answers. Wonder what happened. This was a good source for parts such as brake friction material etc.

I will try and go by there this week. About a year ago they cut back to about 20% of their personal. I will check with the person (Lori) that I dealt with to see what's going on with them. Lori is now with Alcon I will see if she can do anything to help my fellow Viper track rats.

I called last Thursday and got their VM. They did not call me back, so I tried again today. I spoke to the same guy I ordered from last year..

I went by Randall Race Parts today. They are operating now with two people that have other jobs. My contact was Lori Lucas, she is with Pro System, they are owned by Alcon. She has access to all Alcon parts and brake systems as well as Raybestos pads. She is more than willing to service the needs of the Viper community.
