no one mention the cost $$$?
All the kits range between 11-18k installed.
I just sold my 2014 TA Gen V. I had Woodhouse install new headers and the arrow package which includes cam, heads and tweaked PCM. It was dynoing around 740HP and was very drivable.
Personally I would only trust Woodhouse.
Stay away from RSI.
Note: guess I will have to leave the group since I won't own a Viper any longer.

If I could get 700+ rwhp with the Arrow kit, Id be headed to VE next week. Im assuming VE sells the same kit as Woodhouse. I know the Calvo and A&C kits would do it but they're quite a bit more money. I know VE advertises 755hp but thats at the crank.
You will NOT get that with the Arrow pkg. keep in mind, Calvo generally also does a full oiling ‘rebuild’, crank work, etc. This is like $4500 as a stand alone job, I think he wraps it in for like $1500. I highly recommend just calling Antonio and chatting about it. He’s busy but when you get him, he’s very informative and nice. Same of course Nth and A&C. You’ll get ten times the info in half the effort talking to them rather than us, lol. These are great setups, no matter the choice, some of us are just going to lean more one vendor than the other.
I had my H&C done at Prefix and I will only tell you I am well north of 700. this is on pump gas 93 with H&C with arrow headers cat delete.
640
edit: sorry just looked up number i started with 605

I talked to Antonio a while back. Hes very knowledgeable on these cars and turns out an awesome package. He explained the "rebuild" work", bearing replacement and replacing 5th gear with different ratio as part of the package. I just wasnt sure I needed all that when a VE setup would get me a big jump in power for a decent amount less money. Im sure the Calvo pkg is worth every penny, its just more upgrade/downtime than I want.
Let's be clear the Viper Exchange kit and the Woodhouse kit's are the Arrow/Prefix kit. Personally if someone is going to do that H/C kit I don't know what the benefit is of not just going to Arrow/Prefix directly? Is VE turning them out that much quicker? I don't think they are doing them much cheaper. I think having a middle man do the work is just asking for trouble when you could have the engine builder do the work directly!
I will say I have spoke with Antonio Cavlo directly before about a twin turbo build on my last Gen V. He was very knowledgable and you could hear how dedicated to these builds he is. Like Jack said it's important to look at the full dyno graph and speak with the builder about what type of warranty they offer on their build.
I spent at least 6 months shopping all of these H/C kits. Considering the 1k-2k miles of transport since I'm not local to any of these shops, any negative reviews from other VOA members were highly factored into my decision. I decided to go with Calvo, the 2 year warranty and oiling mod/rebearing was good peace of mind for me. Also, most of these prices include new headers and exhaust so the price is significantly less if you already have them. In the past, I've personally dealt with Todd@A&C and Nth and had a great experience, both great options to choose from. Also, Prefix in MI is solid.
Anytime you shift from 4th to 5th there is too great of a rpm drop with the oem gearset, the higher numerical 5th helps to eliminate that nose dive. The change will help on high speed tracks and 1/2 mile events also. The caveat is the hp, if you have enough hp, you may not need the change.
This is nothing new, SRT did this to some factory G4 cars.
