I used Leo from ShipYourCarNow.com to transport my last 4 cars. You can email him at leo.shapiro@shipyourcarnow.com or call him at 954-300-2696.

I just had him ship my ACR down from PA to Tampa Florida

The car already has 7,300 miles and I don't want to put another 3k on her. I'd rather use that for pleasure driving or track driving.

Even so flights for my GF and I are $1,200 then gas, meals hotels..... perfer to ship her to FL IMO.

That's actually not horrible for a 3000 mile trip. When I used a service from Portland to Silicon Valley and back, it was generally around $1200 each way. That was on a multi-car enclosed transport, and I'd often have to wait until they'd get enough cars on the truck to make the drive and be able to work the logistics so that when they got to me, they wouldn't have to move cars around.

EDIT: I'll note that many times I was out of the country when the cars were getting moved, and they were located in places where a big semi couldn't get to, so the trip almost always required a shuttle truck to get from where the car was to their storage facility while it waited for transport. I think the one time I was able to be around, the price was about $900 one-way, fully insured, and paid via credit card.
