I was wonderng that exact same thing except that I believe the VCA liquidated VPA to a couple vendors on this site. I did find it interesting that they are out of MO though...

looks like it is ran similar the , the viper store, the prowler store, the mustang store etc, where "xxxxx parts depot" domain then open up online store, then load drop ship products, or parts you can get at cost from a dealership then load them to the store
