Cheapest I saw was $242/month in that link, I must not be looking in the right place.

I had the same problem. In my zip code it offer 317 per month and only 317 down. Some regions list the down payment different and thus affects the monthly payment. However from my quick search and math they all end up to be around 7,900 total for the two years.

You cannot build the $199 deal. Just look on the attached pic and look at your local dealers inventory for a matching truck. Or, print this page out and walk into the dealership, that's what I did.
