Turkey baster out old fluid out of reservoir, put in new fluid, pump pedal 10 or so time, rinse and repeat until fluid stays clean.

I agree. I've always done it this way. I actually take my power fluid extractor I use to change the oil in my boat and suction it out, then re-fill. I have my wife already in the car doing about 30 pumps of the clutch pedal. I repeat about 15 times. It will come clean. Once you get it clean, it's easy to keep it clean with fewer periodic evacuations. Plus it keeps my wife's left leg in great shape.
Been doing this for many years on my newer Corvettes and the Viper. Never had a clutch/slave issue on any of them. This was referred to as the "Ranger Method" over on the Corvette Forum. Ranger is a racer and mechanic of some renown. It works and it's simple.
Guess you'll need to let her take the GTS for a spin now and again to keep the right one in shape as well! hahaha
Um. That does not flush the fluid out of the slave LMAO. You need to get beneath the car and either pressure it through out the bleed port or pull it through the same with vacuum. All that "turkey baster" method does is swish it around the lazy way. Pretty chicken ship.
I'm told the "turkey baster" method works well over time.....meaning, suck out the old fluid, refill, and drive the car and repeat periodically. Does this method not exchange the fluid? I get that this is not the best method but have been told by some of the best that it suffices on my Gen IV.
