Maybe time to start looking at some sort of version of a drag wing for minimum resistance but added stability....something like this:

A mini splitter on the front to keep the air flow attached to the flat under body would probably help too.
Lastly, putting some sort of spats on the front half of the front well arch opening will help keep that tire from upsetting the air flow down the side of the car.
As I'm sure you know...anytime you are doing any aero mods at the speeds you're traveling, you have to take baby steps because the energy that is acting on the car is so huge and even little things can cause big changes, sometimes negative.
