Thought I would share some pictures of the new custom built intercoolers by Bell Intercoolers. These are rated 3000 WHP and definitely fill up the hatch space. Shutting the hatch was done very gently the first time but there is enough clearance.........barely. I'm sure you guys noticed that that Blucifer is a little different than most twin turbos with this build. I like different and thinking outside the box is my thing. I'm sure I will hear a lot of comments about boost lag etc but I'm building a landspeed Viper to break the 252 MPH record that I set on Jan 18, 2020. I'm chasing 275 plus MPH now and I have time to get thru the lag. I also have a progressive nitrous system to help with the launch and honestly that V10 doesn't need the boost to launch. There are advantages and disadvantages to front and rear mounted turbos and we are working thru those. When it comes down to it I'm confident that I will have the WHP/torque it takes to break 275. I do need to continue the work on some of the aero to help with that wiggle that shows up as it closed in on 250 but we have some thoughts on that and have started working on that also. I don't have a date yet to make the run but I will keep you guys advised. Appreciate the help and support from everyone on this attempt with special thanks to Jon B, Teamtech, Forgeline, Precision, 6XD Sequential Transmissions, and others.
