    Hi Everyone

Hi Everyone! I got myself a "fun car" in the form of a 1994 RT/10. Some said I was crazy for buying a car that I've never sat in nor driven in before, but it has been nothing but smiles since I've gotten it. San Diego has been a perfect place for a car with no roof or windows Look forward to learning from you guys on the forums and seeing you at events!

Nice. My first viper experience was also a 1994 RT/10.
    Fun times.
Just get used to the shifting. If you are in 3rd gear with your foot down and want to hit 4th gear it was really easy to hit 2nd by mistake! The rear wheels lock up and will throw you into the nearest ditch! So make sure you palm that shifter away from you when pulling back into 4th.

Welcome to the club and a great first post. Take your time learning how to drive the car as they can get away from you very easily. make sure you have fresh tires too.

Almost EVERY new-Viper owner of a NEW car from 1992-1996 had never sat in a car til it was delivered. Many new-car orders took 1+ YEARS to see in the driveway.

    17 Vipers later.....no regrets. CONGRATS

I did the same thing. Saw it on AT while I was overseas, never physically saw the car or drove it before buying it. Welcome to the community, make sure to have a bowl of oatmeal before driving your Viper!

Welcome to the greatest car club on the planet! You will certainly enjoy the hell out of that car especially in Southern Cali where the weather's always nice! Great looking car by the way!

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome!

The car had ~18K when I got it. Just put fresh tires on it, and going to bring it in to get serviced and checked over in the next week or two. It came with a rollbar and helped sell the car to wife, but I'm looking forward to getting it to a track day sometime in 2019. Going to miss the event in March unfortunately.

Really clean. Wish I could cruise around San Diego! Too cold here ... and roads suck.

I also bought mine without seeing it or sitting in it. When you know, you know. Great looking car. I hope you enjoy.

Same story here (and same car). Actually bought my first Viper in 1994, had it shipped over. Enjoy it. That car was so ahead of its time, and credited with kicking off much of the horsepower race in the 90s. And a heck of an easy car to work on in nearly every way.
