I am looking at a used cf xbrace. It is supposed to be oem. I have some doubts is there any markings on the factory brace I can look for. Also is the logo on top a decal or in cf on oem brace

No markings on the top, can’t apeak to the bottom as I’ve never had it off. The silver Viper logo is a decal.

There you go, I had a friend that told me you can Always tell the difference between the two. Just look into the CF & IF it looks 3D it's Real, IF Not it's Fake! Try this & you'll know what I mean! jmo

Extreme Supercars makes a replica, so if yours doesn't have those stickers as shown above it's probably an Extreme one (which is ok they are great quality)
